Binary package hint: shotwell
In Natty, Shotwell menu appears in its windows, and not in the global menu as it should do ( more of that, it's a default application, so it seems me important !!!)

I don't see this: on my Natty machine, the Shotwell menu appears in the global menu. I installed a daily build recently.
Shotwell used to be blacklisted (i.e. excluded) from the global menu due to some compability problems, but is no longer on the blacklist. It looks like you upgraded from Maverick to Natty. Perhaps the blacklisting was somehow left in place when you upgraded.
