fails to configure due to iceweasel?

Bug Description

rrors were encountered while processing:
 sun-java5-plugin
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)
A package failed to install. Trying to recover:
Setting up sun-java5-plugin (1.5.0-10-0ubuntu1) ...
update-alternatives: unable to make /usr/lib/iceweasel/plugins/libjavaplugin.so.dpkg-tmp a symlink to /etc/alternatives/iceweasel-javaplugin.so: No such file or directory
dpkg: error processing sun-java5-plugin (--configure):
 subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 2
Errors were encountered while processing:
 sun-java5-plugin

but this package also seems relatively empty, unsure what it does.

"What kind of Iceweasel" did you install?

I installed http://safeweb.sitesled.com/iceweasel/builds/iceweasel_1.5.0.8pre-2.deb and (re)installing sun-java5-plugin worked perfectly.

I don't have iceweasel installed, I shouldn't need it.
