Bug Description

run the mmm-archive-manager.py script to re-encode all the emails and update the page UI. The script was sent to the LOSAs, and is also available at https://launchpad.net/mmm-archive-manager
cd /srv/lists.launchpad.net/var/mailman/
mmm-archive-manager.py ALL | tee _mmm.log

I would like a log of the run so that we learn what archives are in an incomplete state and to record possible errors.
