This can be transformed to database-agnostic URL (the 25469 is private ID that can vary from instance to instance). On the very same page the breadcrumbs have this content:

* Bundle Streams
* /anonymous/gcc/
* Test run 3f6015b8-
* Result 3f6015b8-
We can easily provide an URL that will access any test result in the system portably (by pairing UUID with relative-index). Please file a bug about this.

This is easy to implement, I will look at it as soon as 0.5 cycle starts as currently I'm really overflowed with 0.4 tasks and time is running out. If anyone feels like implementing that then feel free to do it.
