Bug Description
Binary package hint: xorg
Check the png to see what I mean. It worked just fine in 10.10 so I think it's an issue with Ubuntu not Code::Blocks. It happens only when scrolling down with the mouse wheel. Upwards works just fine. Very annoying because in order to get rid of the effect I need to click the screen once.
