Binary package hint: libreoffice

The title bar with Close button, minimize and maximize button disappear from the Unity's Top panel.

I have attached the screen shot of the bug.

I think you can reset the unity and see if this works...

Looks like a bug, but i got it when I reset the Unity.

Follow below command.

unity --reset
