Doesn't respon in Unity (but works in Classic)

Bug Description

I just installed it for the first time (I believe the latest, 11.05.01~natty2, through the PPA) 64bit Natty. The icon is at the top but doesn't respond to mouse clicks and trying to launch it from the menu doesn't do anything. I then left Unity and went into Classic mode and the icon was there and I could configure it and it works. Back in Unity I can't do anything with it.

Do you still want the log? My conditions do match the Unity bug (I have 2 icons in the old notification area and weather is left-most).

Interestingly I just noticed that it wasn't running right now (it was when I went to sleep and the computer was on all night), looks like it stopped sometime after 2:05 AM
