I can't watch .wmv videos

When I try to open a wmv file it asks for plugin and then can't find plugin upon search.

Try opening the Ubuntu Software Centre, then select "Software Sources..." from the Edit menu. Enter your password, then select universe, restricted and multiverse (main should already be selected). Click Close, and if necessary enter your password again. If prompted to reload the package information/query the archive, do so.

Then try to play the .wmv file again.
