Bug Description
The patron alert message is no longer hilighted in the Windows Staff Client from evergreen-ils.org version 2.0.6
Running a Mac staff client on the same server with xulrunner 1.9.2.17 and the same build code from the packaged evergreen-ils windows client does in fact show the hilighting. It works fine in Linux but on an older staff client build, but the evidence strongly points to this being a Windows-specific issue.

This issue also impacts on the 2.0.4 staff client, so I went to work on it.
For one reason or another, you can't highlight the entire groupbox (maybe an xulrunner bug?). What I did, however, is added a new selector in patron_summary.css which selects on the "patron_alert" id, which gives us highlighting on the actual text.
See attached, for an example on Windows.
