Bug Description

When I try to set up a new device bluetooth doesn't find either of my mobile phones. It continuosly searches but nothing finds. I'm using usb bluetooth dongle. I'm dual booting Ubuntu 11.04 with Windows 7 and bluetooth still works fine in Windows.

Found the only way to pair computer with my mobile phones. I find and initiate pair request in mobile phones and accept it in Ubuntu. By pairing I'm at least able to see my phone in Send To devices.
