No (obvious) way to move full-screen apps to a different workspace

Bug Description

When a window is full screen, nothing is analogous to the tile bar so there's nowhere to right click to get the menu with which to move the window to another workspace.

thats why its called fullscreen. You can use the keys as suggested by Sam of course.

Sorry, I meant maximised rather than full screen.
