Midori 0.2.2
GTK+ 2.19.6, WebKitGTK+ 1.1.21
Using XFCE version 4.6.1 (Xfce 4.6).
Maximize Midori window on a page that requires vertical scrolling.
Move mouse to right-hand edge of screen.
BUG: Cannot drag scrollbar. (No "Fitt's Law", etc. usage)
