Bug Description

When running sdtool agains sd on windows the following output is given:

e:\ubuntuone-client\review_inline_windows_sdtool>python tests\platform\windows\run_sdtool.py

        Autosubscribe enabled: False
        Autosubscribe enabled: False
        Show all notifications: True

As you can see the \\?\ prefix is missing.
