Bug Description

Beyond opening a new tab there is no way to load the "Portal" page.

The branch below contains two commits. One adds such a command. The other causes the Portal page to name itself (instead of "Tab").

Can confirm this code as working well on the Evergreen Indiana development server. I'd nominate it for inclusion in future releases.
