tracebacks do not end up in error.log

Bug Description

When you get a 500 page, there is no traceback in the error.log. This makes debugging things a bit harder than is ideal :)

I think I had met the same case before.
At that time I added such a file:
$ sudo cat /etc/lava-server/settings.conf
{
"DEBUG":"True"
}
$
so the traces was outputted to the page in browser.

IMHO this is caused by local configuration in validation.linaro.org, not our software

I think we have tracebacks now (after switching to flexible deployment)
