Bug Description
Sometimes, we get a failure to submit results because they could not be gathered from the test system:

Here, we had a network problem, and nothing was submitted for the run. Obviously we can't see the result of the individual tests without looking at the serial log, but we *should* be able to at least see which steps passed, and where things went wrong. I think we should have one of the steps that gets logged as lava.get_results or something, and a pass/fail result for it. If we fail to get the results, we still submit what we have.

From the log, it can't get IP address and then it will stop to submit results for there is no IP provided to download the results, is the master IP getting OK on other jobs?
If the IP is gotten, it will submit the result even if there is no test result.
