wrong tooltips for record and stop button during recording

Bug Description
during recording, the tooltip for the record button still says "start recording" and for the stop button it's still "stop playback".
those should be "stop recording" for both buttons.

There's still a bug with a weird initialization issue. I left it like that to discuss it with devs. The program functions normally though.
