Power+cog does not turn red/blue when reboot required

Bug Description
I just had an updated that ended with a "reboot required" popup, which I ignored/cancelled.
The session/device menu is also normal and the text within the menu still reads "Software Up to date" and "Shutdown…"
Ideally the menu probably should have turned red/yellow/blue in order to warn, and the text changed until the user has rebooted.
