Bug Description
QtCreator sets the WM_TRANSIENT_FOR hint incorrectly and this cause's unity's dialog handler to place the window offscreen

To clarify here, Qt seems to set the WM_TRANSIENT_FOR hint to an unmapped window which is offscreen yet not override redirect. This seems to be an incorrect use of the hint, as it should be set to the ancestor of the dialog window or pop-up window.
