Bug Description
Currently, Glance returns a owner attribute back as an image attribute. Nova has not yet been taught this attribute, so it moves owner from the image attributes into a seemingly user-editable metadata dictionary. We need to remove this behavior, as this is the second time a bug has been filed (previously for checksum).
