[regression] during copy operation main nautilus window cannot be opened

This bug report is a duplicate of: Bug #784804: Clicking Nautilus launcher icon fails to open a Nautilus file explorer window when copying a file and all other Nautilus windows are closed / bamf should skip the taskbar. Edit Remove

Bug Description

Expected to happen:
When all nautilus windows are closed except a copy to home folder,right clicking on nautilus and clicking on Home Folder should open Home Folder
What Happened instead:
Copy dialog will be showed if you minimized it While there is a separate button to show copy dialog
The issue:
You can't open your home folder if you close it while copy is in progress using the shortcuts in the left side

This bug was fixed at one stage in Ubuntu 11.04 now its back again. see bug 647979
