Window controls in Dash Home are redundant and visually unpleasing

Bug Description
When you open the Dash, it shows the window controls on the top left corner. There are a few issues in regard to this new feature:
1 - The images used for the buttons are designed to match the panel color and not the dash color.
2- When someone opens the dash, the cursor comes from the TOP-LEFT to the BOTTOM-RIGHT, hence the close button should be at the bottom-right-corner of the dash.
3- The behavior is redundant: you only need to maximize or close the dash, so what is the minimize button for?
