Bug Description

1) Maximize a window (eg gnome-terminal) by any means.

2) click in the unity bar at the top and drag the application away so it is not maximized any more (keep the mouse pressed down)

3) move the mouse back to the top of the window so that the window snaps to maximized again, and release the mouse button.

The window will be given an extraneous title bar (see screen shot).

The window is not just sized to the size of the desktop as the window borders are square, not round.
