Bug Description
I added four new pandas (05-09) into the scheduler, and jobs submitted to them fail. This is because config.py in the dispatcher has a fixed list of board names/types, rather than picking it up from the database. I have taken the boards off-line for the time being until this is fixed, as I will also be adding another 16 or so over the next 24 hours.
