when trying to test for the best server, this error popped up. I don't know what to make of it.

Not sure how, but on eo fmy outehr user accounts (that was set up by Samba & accessed by FTP) had a form of Chinese selectted for desired language (zh-Ch?).
All the chacahters for sytem settins are in zh Chinese - the best sources list finally came up and I selected a local mirror. I might as well just re-donload the newest release..

Was taken here automatically while trying to change my server target after my initial change gave me an error after clicking the Check button to get the list of available updates again.
