The omap2-gpio device has either 4 (usually) or 5 (if omap2430) submodules, each of which has an output IRQ. omap2.c doesn't wire up the 5th module's IRQ as it should. This is actually a can't-happen path as we hardwire to omap2420 at the start of the function, but we should do it anyway as it's a three line patch.
