Bug Description

On my dual monitor setup, some of the panel menus (specifically the messaging menu, bluetooth, networking, audio, calendar and memenu, but *not* the power/settings menu) are not behaving correctly.

1) Click on sound menu on the panel
2) Expect: the menu to display normally
3) What happened: the menu appears briefly but then disappears. If I click and hold, then it stays open until I release. If I click and hold, then move the mouse onto a section of the menu, then release, it remains open. If I click on the power menu it stays open, then if I move to another menu, it stays open (as expected).

I just noticed an interesting behavior: If a menu won't stay open on one monitor, try to open the same menu on the other monitor and it will stay open as expected. Also, it's not just system menus that are affected. Application menus are affected as well but they might be working correctly one monitor but not the other.

Same story here.

Even worse when I try to open the menu using the keyboard (F10),
sometimes the keyboard and mouse gets almost functionless. You can no longer enter Text, nor click with the mouse.
Only the ALT-PRINT-K helps.

I think its related to
Bug #872569 "Unable to open indicator menus unless click&maintain and scroll over the menu"
maybe a duplicate ?

same problem here, also nvidia twinview (nvidia driver version 285.05.09)
the menus behave like they should on the second monitor, lust like ramon.rocha reported.
