Bug Description

All of a sudden, my launchpad recipes are failing to build with the error
bzr: ERROR: unknown command "dailydeb"

Example:

This worked fine until about one week ago.

I am also affected by this after switching to Cmake. Worked fine when using waf.

I think this is unrelated to which make system you use within the
package itself, as the failure happens before any of that code runs.
There might be a separate bug to do with cmake.
