Loco directory search does not show up loco when searching fro large/capital city.

Bug Description
I searched for "boston" and the MA loco did not come up. If I search for a major town or city (ie. capital of the state for instance), at least that states loco should come up.
I think maybe adding some place for tags or locations or so may help fix this bug. for super bonus points, linking it in to some listing of places in that loco's state or area would be super cool.

I can certainly confirm this bug. Overall, this means our search needs to be smarter. Right now we're only doing a text search and that needs to improve. We need to pull in related items for the search results as well, especially, pull in related teams for venues.
