Bug Description
In the jenkins qemu build we are getting:
> make: *** No rule to make target `<http://
According to Peter, we just need to do a distclean and it should clear up.

Did a manual distclean and added it to the config so that it will happen every time.
I triggered a retest, we'll see how it goes.
