Bug Description
There was an attempt at getting a run of android on snowball recently that failed to deploy, looks like we're missing mkimage. We need to make sure u-boot-tools is installed on our master images.

pandas seem to have it, I installed it on origen01 but the snowball boards are busy with daily runs right now.
