staging-imx53-11.11-release: bzip2 is not installed

https://android-build.linaro.org/builds/~linaro-android/staging-imx53-11.11-release/#build=2 is because bzip2 is not installed.

there is error information as below:

[Paul Larson] it looks like imx53-01 was missing a package. We *just* added android support fixes for mx53, so we need to try it again and make sure everythings working, but this should be better now and I've fixed the missing package.
