Bug Description

Adding
IsCustomColor=yes
on a WeaponType will enable the following settings for special weapon types:
RadColor=(r,g,b) for RadBeams and RadEruptions
EBoltColor1/EBoltColor2/EBoltColor3=(r,g,b) for EBolts
MagnaBeamColor=(r,g,b) for MagneticBeams

Right now the controlling flags are:
Beam.Color=r,g,b ; rad beam/eruption
Wave.Color=r,g,b ; magnetron/sonic wave , not hooked up yet
Bolt.Color=r,g,b ; electric bolt, not hooked up yet
There are already additional controls to these effects, such as their speed, wave period, and such.

With the Beam.Color would it be the same for eruption or would it be
Eruption.Color ??

Beam color customization with IsRadEruption=yes doesn't work.

Found out by Allied General using 0.1 P1, I could confirmed the issue with latest trunk.

Other tags haven't been tested.
