Bug Description

Using the "NOSTRING:" prefix for UINames will not require a string table entry.

"UIName=NOSTRING:Unit" will result in "Unit" ingame.

Implemented as follows:
NOSTR:foobar will produce a string "foobar".
The whole string including NOSTR is currently limited to 31 characters, if you want a longer string, wait for a later version to extend that or make a proper CSF label.
