Bug Description
This has been mentioned in other small discussions throughout the tracker, but there was never an official issue dedicated to fixing this...
If you set a unit with Sight > 10 in rulesmd.ini, the unit will get the 10 cells of vision radius, however it will not get any extra vision after that... so Sight=14 pretty much is the same as Sight=10.
Also, as you are all aware, having a multiplier take Sight= of a unit above 10, "is a hardcode vegas crash," as described by the programmers in rulesmd.ini (this just drives home how lazy they were... they knew it was a problem and they ignored it).

H'm. Weird. I tested a Sight= value above 10 and it didn't crash; it just didn't provide any extra sight.
