Parachute vehicles made Regular findpath failure

Bug Description

When a parachute vehicle had been destory before it down to the earth,this vehicle's parachuted spot will be never taked again by other unit.If you order a unit to take this spot,this unit just get close to this spot and always look forward to take this spot.

##### STEPS TO REPRODUCE #####
Parachute a vehicle,destroy it before down to land,send someone try to take this spot.

Try myMOD and destroy some Parachute vehicles.

While a findpath failure happens in the unmodded game as well, the spot being occupied permanently is a bug, we'll look at it.

This appears to be fixed. My Aeroblazes destroyed some paradropped Rhinos and were able to take the spots where Rhinos appeared.
