Bug Description

I like that the Sonar Pulse was added as a superweapon, but I think it'd be nice to also have it as a warhead effect. This could be used for creating a deploy attack for subs that acts as an actual sonar, rather than having sensors on subs. Could create some pretty interesting naval battles with it.

Would also be nice if, in conjunction with http://bugs.renegadeprojects.com/view.php?id=525 , you could define what types of stealth are affected by this warhead. IE: PulseAffects.*, where * is the name of the custom stealth type (Dunno if I'm using .'s right, but I figured it's appropriate... please don't kill me). This could allow for different methods of revealing stealth, rather than just having a unit be within a certain range.

for the sub, you could just as easily have it deploy into a cloaked naval building with sensors on it. I would actually rather have that than a single-burn quick reveal, but of course the deploy option would disable the sub.

What I really think would be a cool idea would be to simply put this on an electronic warfare-type weapon and have that weapon reveal stealthed units in a small radius around it. It would also be useful as a deathweapon for a scout-type unit that is made to detect stealth. When it dies, it sends out a very large sonar/radar pulse that reveals stealth around it in a relatively large radius.

This sounds like a cool feature, something I might find myself using some time.

I could use this as part of the depth charge weapons in D-day.
