Bug Description

In an effort to make doc contributions a bit easier, we've discussed and decided to pull the juju docs out of the source tree into a separate branch/series at lp:juju/docs. This bug is to track the work needed for that.

Docs are now being built automatically and published to http://juju.ubuntu.com/docs

There's a few merge proposals that are pending that make changes to the old location, post those merging, i'll do a final merge between the docs and remove the docs dir from lp:juju.
