Bug Description

In previous version of Ubuntu, adding a PPA in Software Sources automatically read authentication keys. However in Oneiric adding a PPA in software-properties-gtk or 'gnome-control-center software' don't read the key, you must import it from a file or install the PPA from console. David you do not need to open a new bug for this you just need to add "One Hundred Paper Cuts" to the original bug using the "Also affects project" button
