settings are resetted to defaults after system crash

Bug Description
I know system crash is kinda out of scope but since I have no problems with other apps except qbittorrent maybe something can be done with it.
its not 100% reproducible (probably 5sec on power button is most suitable way to reproduce this) but from time to time I get all my settings resetted to defaults. the last time this happened because of battery of my laptop, after boot all worked fine except qbittorrent.
so I suggest to backup valid settings on start, and in case if they were invalid try to restore them.
one more thing I don't like in defaults is explained on screenshot. looks like qbittorrent does not work well with utf-8.
