installing ca-certificates-java fails in buildds

Bug Description

Build dependencies on openjdk-6-jdk wind up sucking in ca-certificates-java, which fails to install:
https://launchpadlibrarian.net/89434013/buildlog.txt.gz (from https://code.launchpad.net/~dsci-admins/+recipe/reconnoiter-daily )

I think the interesting lines are probably:

Could not create the Java virtual machine.
Error occurred during initialization of VM
Could not reserve enough space for object heap
ignoring dump failure

This appears to be due to hardware limitations. I think the only thing we can do about this is buy new hardware, and that is not currently planned.
