automatic collected crashes cannot be send to a running firefox

When I get the information, that app XY is crashed and I accept to create a bug report then apport is not able to attach the report when firefox is running already.

I only get the message than firefox is already running and is not responding - but this is not true.

when I use ubuntu-bug PACKAGE it works how it should work - only the automatic crash reports are not working.

The only way to work around is currently to close firefox, when I see the bug-report dialog, so that the bug can reported.
