Bug Description
Milestones should also be synchronized automatically.
The milestones should not be created in the repositories (to much work), but only added to the milestone-
Milestones added to Launchpad would then automatically appear on Trac, because on Trac milestones are just strings.
TODO:
* Create milestone translator when the the synchronization object is initialized.
This is somewhat similar to building the ID translator.
