Bug Description
Currently the cache directory for Launchpadlib must be given in the constructor of its controller. This is inelegant.
The cache directory should be in `LaunchpadData`.
It should be optional to specify a cache directory. It it is an empty string, the directory should be chosen automatically.
Lauchpadlib currently has the functionality. When the path to the cache directory is empty, the path is chosen automatically: `~/.launchpadlib`.
