At least the meaning of "Opinion" seems to be badly translated. It is translated as "confirmed", but it seems to be better approximated by "invalid".

Is this really a status? Should it be dropped from the conversion algorithm?

Are thes distinct statuses? Does
find those, or must they be explicitly included?
* Write tests for the status conversion, and the back-and-forth conversion stability.
Also look at Trac's table. There also seem to be oddities.
* Especially see that the back and forth conversions don't lead to oscillations.
