Bug Description
If a bug is changed in any repository, it is currently written back to all repositories where it exists.
This behavior is unfavorable in the common case: Two repositories; A bug is modified in one reository. It needs to be written to only one repository, but currently it is uploaded back to both repositories.
Therefore:
Find out into which repositories the bug must be really updated.
