Bug Description
Currently the package that contains Bug Repo Syncer's code is called `bug_syncer`. This is inconsistent! The project is called "Bug Repo Syncer" or "bug-repo-syncer", using three words.
Therefore the package should be renamed from `bug_syncer` to `bug_repo_syncer`.
