Bug Description
The bugs in the test suite loose their associations and their special titles because of carelessly written tests.
* Write repair function(s) that go through the sacred bugs, and restore their special properties, especially their titles.
* Call these function(s) when the bugs on Trac are restored (deleted and created again).
