add timeout to deploy_linaro_image

Bug Description

Currently we do not recognise the "timeout" keyword in json job files for deploy_linaro_image and deploy_linaro_android image. They have a hard coded timeout, in the case of deploy_linaro_image it is now 5 hours to cope with the fact that vexpress is very slow in untarring files. We need to add the support for "timeout" to be specified in the control file.
