New Transitions: 6 bars

Here the patch of his author with a png in 1920x1080

Like our answers (between this user and me), i was creating a patch with a version in 720x576 and his corresponding icons. And like the major part of transitions are in this size I'm putting it here nevertheless.

If anyone has a suggestion for the name of this transition, please let us know.

I called it 6 bars. If you have something else, we 'll change it with
pleasure.
